Tara Zrinski for County Executive

Tara Zrinski, currently serving as Northampton County Controller, has a proven record of leadership in both public service and community advocacy. With experience as a former County Council member and chair of key committees, she has championed sustainable development, public health, and social equity. Zrinski’s initiatives include promoting industrial hemp production and addressing environmental concerns in the Bushkill Creek. She is actively involved with several local and state organizations, including the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Association of Local Government Auditors. Holding multiple degrees and a background in teaching, she is also a dedicated mother and labor organizer. Zrinski’s work reflects her commitment to improving county operations and advocating for a better future for all.

Amy Cozze for County Executive 

A proud lifelong Lehigh Valley resident, Amy Cozze brings 20+ years of public service and leadership experience to Northampton County. As a small business owner, county administrator (including Chief Registrar of Elections), and former senior staffer for Senator Bob Casey, she’s tackled real challenges facing families and businesses. Her bipartisan work on Pennsylvania’s Election Law Advisory Board delivered four flawless elections in 2020-21, while her local advocacy on the Nazareth Business Council and Public Policy Committee strengthened the Valley’s economy. With deep roots across the county—from Easton to Bethlehem—and a leadership style built on service and accountability, Amy is committed to ensuring Northampton thrives for future generations.

Robert Eyer for Judge

Robert Eyer has lived his life in Northampton County courtrooms. Now the First Assistant District Attorney of Northampton County, Robert’s diverse experience over 30 plus years as a lawyer uniquely qualifies him to serve on the Court.  Robert’s experience includes prosecuting the most serious criminal cases for two separate elected District Attorneys, criminal defense, civil litigation, business litigation, estate litigation, municipal zoning and planning, divorce, child custody, juvenile delinquency and dependency.  Robert also served a Special United States Attorney and as Chief Public Defender of Northampton County.

Jeremy Clark for Judge 

Jeremy’s integrity and temperament are held in high regard by his clients and other lawyers. After over 15 years of practice, Jeremy’s reasonableness and commitment to justice are well-known.

Before becoming a lawyer, Jeremy served as an Infantry officer in the US Army, which included three combat tours. The military taught him some of life’s most important lessons: hard work, discipline, and service. Jeremy has applied these lessons to the practice of law. Since starting his own firm, he has also worked for the county as a court appointed defense counsel, divorce master, and now for the City of Easton as a solicitor. Jeremy’s experience has touched nearly every area of law. It is this experience, along with his proven temperament, that makes him the clear choice to be the next judge in Northampton County.

Jeremy lives in Easton with his wife, a public school teacher, and two daughters. He is grateful for the opportunities Northampton County has provided and proud to be a member of this community for nearly 20 years.

Jason Boulette for County County

Jason Boulette is running for Northampton County Council because he believes we need a county government that works together to solve real problems for the residents of the county. He’s ready to use his 25 years of business experience designing data-driven solutions to serve Northampton County.

 Jason will tirelessly travel across Northampton County to ensure he’s representing every part of it, from the Slate Belt to Lehigh Township, from Nazareth to North Catasauqua, from Easton to Bethlehem, from Williams to Lower Saucon. You deserve a council that listens to you.

Terri  Fadem for County Council

brings over 20 years of managing residential community associations to overseeing complex maintenance projects, Terri  has consistently excelled in budgeting, enforcing rules, and negotiating contracts to benefit the communities she serves. Terri’s ability to handle finances, ensure compliance, and execute large-scale projects makes her a valuable asset to any governing body. In addition to her property management expertise, Terri has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service through her current role as an elected councilor for Hellertown Borough. Serving on multiple committees such as the Climate Action Committee and Saucon Rail Trail Commission, Terri is dedicated to improving the community and creating sustainable solutions for future growth. Terri’s passion for service, combined with her management experience, uniquely positions her to effectively contribute to county council, fostering both fiscal responsibility and positive community development.

David Holland for  County Council 

David’s journey began with a passion for education and healthcare, earning degrees in education, healthcare administration, leadership, and nursing. With over 30 years of experience in public health, mental health care, and higher education, he understands how to improve systems, balance budgets, and deliver real results for the people he serves.

David’s decades of experience in public health, administration, and education give him a deep understanding of how government policies affect real people. His leadership as a professor, healthcare professional, and public servant demonstrates his ability to bring people together, solve complex problems, and create positive change.

Now, he’s ready to serve Northampton County on Day One—with the expertise, leadership, and vision to make a difference for our families, businesses, and communities.

Lori Vargo Heffner for  County Council

 has spent 35 years working as a psychotherapist in schools, hospitals and agencies , and is currently employed by St. Luke’s University Health Network. Her experience with people of diverse backgrounds, many of whom came to her at their lowest points, gave her the impetus to be involved with county, state, and national groups during her career. She ran for County Council in order to utilize her background and experience to work for the people of Northampton County.

Lori currently serves as the President of Northampton County Council. In the four years she has served on County Council, Lori has served in a variety of leadership positions including two years as Vice President of County Council and chair of Human Services, Finance, and Governance.

Nadeem  Qayyum for County Council

Nadeem hold a Master of Science in Administration from the University of Phoenix, as well as two bachelor’s degrees in law and arts. “Education is a treasure, and I look forward to continuing to learn how I can better serve our community as a commissioner.” -Nadeem

Nadeem’s progressive ideology, combined with his professional experience, empowers him with the compassion and skills needed to serve as commissioner who can uplift Northampton County toward a bright and fulfilling future for all.
